Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Tickets purchased through concertsatthepoint.org may be refunded if requested at least 24 hours before the date of the concert. Once a concert has occurred, tickets for that concert are no longer eligible for a refund.

All payments are processed through Stripe, and any approved refund is issued back to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at pointconcerts@gmail.com with your order number (from your confirmation email) and the concert date your tickets were for.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we’ll email you to let you know whether it’s approved. If approved, we’ll process the refund through Stripe, which will issue the credit back to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card issuer’s own processing time can add a few extra days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t shown up yet:

Check your bank or credit card statement again — sometimes there’s a short delay before it posts.
Contact your credit card company; refunds can take a few business days to officially post on their end.
Contact your bank directly, as they may also have processing delays.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at pointconcerts@gmail.com and we’ll look into it with Stripe.

Exchanging tickets for a different concert

If you’d like to exchange your tickets for a different concert date, email us at pointconcerts@gmail.com with your order number and the concert you’d like to switch to. Exchanges are subject to availability for the new date.

Cancelled or rescheduled concerts

If a concert is cancelled or rescheduled by Concerts at the Point, ticket holders will be notified by email and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their tickets to the rescheduled date.
